By accessing or using Velos("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Velos provides a cloud-based platform for managing archery federations, clubs, athletes, competitions, and related operations. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and associated features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. Velos does not claim ownership of your content. We process your data solely to provide the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: interfering with the platform, attempting unauthorized access, violating laws, or using the Service for purposes other than archery/sports management.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Velos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
